myWings Portal
myWings is the University of North Florida's web "portal," providing students and other members of the UNF community a single secure point of entry to UNF web-based resources as well as timely information tailored specifically for and by each user. The myWings web portal makes it easy to find and organize information to meet your specific needs.
myWings is accessible in a mobile app that looks and acts just like the portal. If you have an iPhone or Android, go to your app store and download the "UNF Mobile" app. Guests have the option to choose a guest profile and still use maps, see dining hours and menus, and more.

Preview Release Details
On December 16th 2022, a preview of the next iteration of myWings will be made available to campus. We've listened to your feedback and we hear you: less clicks to get places, less duplicated links, less wasted screen space, and the ability to customize your own Quicklinks. On May 8th 2023, this will become the only available version of myWings.

Redesigned Home Page
The homepage has been redesigned for interactive content. Tiles are only shown if they have interactive or dynamic content available. All other tiles have moved to a new, customizable "Quicklinks" tile you can read more about below.

Fully Customizable Quicklinks
A new, INTERACTIVE Quicklinks tile replaces Student Tools, Employee Tools, and Faculty Tools.
You can click into this tile to set favorites. Refresh your browser and favorites appear on the front of the tile.

Consolidated Holds and Actions
Holds and Actions have been consolidated into a single list.
University roles that can not have holds will only see actions listed.

Consolidated Resource Menus
Role-based resource menus have been greatly consolidated. They have all been redesigned to maximize screen space. You will only see the items relevant to your role at the University.

Redesigned Resource Screens
Student now embeds Student Quick View, Student Resources, My Bill, Registration, Financial Aid, and more.
Employee now embeds Employee Resources, My Timesheet, My Calendar, and more. -
Ozzie Bucks and Dining Dollar Balances
Ozzie Bucks, Dining Dollars, and Recent Transactions are now available under the dining menu.

Events from various sources around campus are now aggregated into one Events feed.

Maps have been updated with dining locations and points of interest.

Campus News Aggregation
UNF News feeds from sources around campus have been aggregated into the News menu.

Digital Osprey 1Card
A digital copy of the Osprey 1Card is available. It feeds from the ID Card system to verify the Osprey 1Card, role, and picture of the logged in user.
This does not support digital locks, turnstyles, card swipes, payments, NFC, or Bluetooth at this time.

Semester Schedule Visualization
See a visualization of your enrollments for the chosen semester.
Click a course title to see the expanded list of all upcoming (and past) meeting times/sessions.
Click the location to drop a pin on the map.

Your feedback and suggestions make improvements possible. Please use the "Feedback" in the top right dropdown of the portal to share thoughts or suggestions during this preview release. -
Reporting Broken or Missing Links
Please use the drop down menu -> Feedback -> Report a problem -> Inaccurate Content or Link to report any incorrect links you may come across while beta testing the preview. -
Switching Between Current Portal and Preview
You can use the "Leave Beta" tile in the Preview to return to the normal portal.
To switch back and forth between versions, you can go to the top right drop down -> Select Profile.

Issues When Switching Between Profiles
Unable To Login (gray screen no profiles):
Choose logout from the drop down on the top right. Log back in.
Unable To Switch Profiles:
Clear your browser's cache and cookies. The myWings platform heavily utilizes caching. Logging out of myWings and clearing your cache and cookies completely resets your local session.

iOS Issues
Unable To Login:
Many login issues can be resolved by choosing "Logout" at the top left to force to the process to start over. If you make it past DUO 2FA but the app does not log you in, choose "Logout" in the top left.
Unable To Open App:
You must the app's cache. To do this on iOS, delete the app from your phone, power the phone off, turn it back on, and re-download the app.
