Forwarding Email

NOTE: Forwarding Email is only available in Ospreys Email

Turn on Forwarding in Ospreys Email

To set up forwarding in your student Ospreys E-mail account, follow these steps:

  1. Access your Ospreys Email Account in the myWings portal (mywings.unf.edu) or at mail.office365.com
  2. Once in your Ospreys Email, select the "gear" icon at the top right of the screen. 
  3. Enter 'Forwarding' in the settings search bar. 
  4. Select the Forwarding link. 
  5. Enter your forwarding address, select whether you would like to keep a copy of forwarded messages (recommended). Then click "Save". 
  6. It is a good idea to send yourself an email and check the email account of the address you set for forwarding to make sure the email was delivered.

Turn off Forwarding in Ospreys E-mail

Follow these instructions for turning off forwarding from Ospreys E-mail account:

  1. Access your Ospreys E-mail Account in the myWings portal (mywings.unf.edu) or at mail.office365.com
  2. Once in your Ospreys E-mail, select the "gear" icon at the top right of the screen. 
  3. Enter 'Forwarding' in the settings search bar. 
  4. Select the Forwarding link. 
  5. Select the "Stop Forwarding" and then "Save".
