Your delegates will not be removed during migration. However if you are not moved at the same time, your delegate will not have access to your calendar.
The size limit for Office 365 is 150MB.
We suggest that you move emails from your archives to your mailbox. Depending on the size of your archives they should all fit into your active mailbox quota of 50Gb. If you store your archives (.pst) in your OneDrive you cannot actively use them in Outlook. Documentation will be provided.
