Alcohol, Drugs & Study Abroad

Remember that while studying abroad you are a representative of the University of North Florida and are held to the regulations in the UNF Student Handbook just as if you were studying on campus. For more information on UNF's policies against alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, visit:

International Health Insurance

UNF policy requires that students on UNF-affiliated international travel have sufficient health insurance while abroad. The required level of coverage includes:

  • health coverage
  • emergency assistance / medical evacuation
  • repatriation of remains
