UNF welcomed its most academically talented freshman class to date in fall 2018 with an average high school GPA of 4.32.

UNF’s average student-to-faculty ratio of 19-to-1 and class size of 35 allow professors to work closely with students to ensure success.

Internships and other Real-World Experiences

Approximately 87 percent of UNF seniors report taking part in internships and other real-world experiences in their fields before they graduate.

Looking at alumni a year after they graduate, UNF is No. 1 in the State University System for percentage of graduates working full time in Florida.

Environmentally Beautiful Campus

UNF's nearly 1,400-acre campus includes a nature preserve and 11 LEED-certified green buildings. Another 1,050 acres on the Intracoastal Waterway are used for research.

Global Perspective

Students with international learning experiences have higher starting salaries than the national average for college graduates, and UNF students study abroad at twice the national average. UNF is also home to students from more than 70 countries.

UNF holds the Community Engagement Classification from The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, a prestigious recognition of UNF's strong commitment to the community.
