The Human Resources Employment unit focuses on the following areas for all University employees:
Employment eligibility compliance,
Background screening administration and compliance, and
The Employment unit provides essential guidance and services to UNF departments and job seekers in the application of Federal and State statutes, University policies and procedures, as well as fair and equitable hiring practices. Our goal is to attract, employ, and retain diverse and dedicated faculty and staff members critical to the University’s mission of engaging academically talented students in transformational learning opportunities.
Each Employment Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for relevant employment functions for a specific area of the university (please see list below). Employment functions include OASys Postings and Hiring Proposals, USPS interview pool approvals, EPAF approvals (at the Employment Review level), services contracts, onboarding, and any employment related questions.
