Employee and Labor Relations
Employee and Labor Relations serves in an advisory capacity to individual employees, supervisors, directors, and administrators of the University, providing guidance and counsel regarding workplace concerns for A&P (non-unit), Support (USPS), and OPS (non-faculty) employees. Employee and Labor Relations provides guidance in accordance with appropriate federal and state statutes, collective bargaining agreements, university personnel regulations and policies to promote awareness and compliance. We are committed in ensuring employees understand their rights and responsibilities to support an engaging and productive work experience.
