Gamma Eta Sorority, Inc. just celebrated 15 years of Sisterhood on October 18th, 2010; we are looking forward to the next 15 years and beyond. Since October of 1995, our organization has welcomed over 300 members into its sisterhood. Currently we have six collegiate chapters and three almnae chapters. Sisterhood, Scholarship, Service, Strength, Leadership, Unity, and Diversity are the foundations of Gamma Eta Sorority, Inc. and we keep growing every day. Our hope is to reach every campus in the nation and share our sisterhood with those who share our values and our commitment to the fraternal movement.
Gamma Eta, Beta Chapter, was recognized at UNF on November 19, 2003. Just a few months later Gamma Eta Sorority received its Beta Chapter charter in July of 2004. We then became official members of the Multicultural Greek Council at UNF on April 27, 2004. It would then follow that in the spring of 2004 Gamma Eta Sorority Inc. initiated the three founding members of its Beta Chapter: Jennie Davis, Sokha Tan, and Catrina Vargas. From its inception, Gamma Eta Sorority Inc. has been and continues to be history in the making!
