Classroom reservation request form

Please note, the Registrar's Office is not accepting classroom reservations for student groups at this time. All UNF department reservation requests must be academic in nature (e.g. exam review, study session, etc.) This page will be updated as more information becomes available.

Only active students, faculty and staff are permitted to request a space. Student groups (RSOs) must be in Good Standing with UNF Club Alliance. Fraternity and Sorority groups must be in good standing with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life (OFSL).

The Office of Records and Registration reserves space in general purpose classrooms and a select group of computer labs. We do not handle reservations for conference rooms, Robinson Theater, Fine Arts Center (Building 45), Student Union, UNF Arena, University Center, Osprey Commons, Osprey Clubhouse, Student Wellness Complex, Field House, or Buildings 14, 42- Coggin, 53- Hicks Hall or 57- COEHS.

Please allow at least three business days for processing. Additional processing time may be required during peak processing times such as registration, add/drop, beginning/end of term. Due to course scheduling timelines and the resulting impact to room availability, requests should only be submitted for the current term or during intersession prior to the start of a new term.

Questions regarding this form may be directed to Jillian Gooding.
