Bill has worked at UNF since 2009. Prior to joining Enrollment Services Communications in November 2018, he served in a variety of marketing and communications roles across UNF, including Campus Life, Career Services, the Office of the Vice President for Student and International Affairs, and Creative Services. He holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in English from UNF. As co-director of Enrollment Services Communications, Bill oversees the marketing and communications functions of the Division of Academic Affairs.
Melissa began working in
UNF’s Enrollment Services in June 2007. She has held roles within the Office of
Admission, One-Stop Student Services and Enrollment Services Communication. In
addition to co-directing the marketing and communication team, Melissa also
heads the Student Enrollment Communication Center, an outbound communication
center that specializes in phone call and text messaging campaigns.
Amy joined Enrollment Services Communications in July 2018 as assistant director of digital media. She graduated from Valdosta State University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in speech communications with an emphasis in public relations. She is currently obtaining her Masters of Science degree in communication management, emphasis in public management, from UNF. As the assistant director of digital media, Amy administers the creation of content and advertisements for several Enrollment Services’ social media platforms, along with acting as the website specialist for all Enrollment Services’ departments as needed.
Born and raised in Argentina, Diego moved to the California Bay Area in 2000. He holds a BA in Graphic Design with a minor in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. Diego relocated from Silicon Valley to join the Enrollment Services Communications team in July 2019. His professional experience includes operations, digital and print design, communications, and marketing. In his Assistant Director role, Diego will help lead the Enrollment Services design team in all digital and print design needs. His approach will focus on creativity, workflow efficiency, and a consistent application of the UNF brand.
Digital Media Coordinator
Ryan has been working full-time at UNF since July of 2018 and received a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Economics from UNF’s Coggin College of Business. During his time as a student, he worked as a Swoop Squad tour guide and held multiple leadership roles across campus. As a Data Analyst, Ryan monitors all Admission's social media accounts retained growth and engagement. Additionally, Ryan is responsible for all outgoing communication emails sent to prospective students, approving all Admissions events within the CMS system, and reporting data on a Google Analytics account set up for the 300+ ES web pages.
Meredith has been at UNF since November 2017 and the beginning of the Creative Services department. She holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University, with an emphasis on social media and a certificate in event planning. As project manager, Meredith works to make sure projects and requests are fulfilled on time and to client specifications.
Photographer & Videographer
A native of Brazil, Luiza moved to the United States at 15 and graduated from UNF in 2016 with a BS in Multimedia Journalism and Production. After a brief stint in the industry, she returned to UNF in January 2018 to work as a photographer and videographer. In her current role, Luiza helps to share the university she loves with prospective students through media.
Gina has been working with Enrollment Services since April 2018. She graduated from UNF with a BFA in Fine Arts, with a concentration in Graphic Design & Digital Media. As a graphic designer, Gina creates materials sent out for digital and physical publication, according to UNF's brand standards and client expectations.
Stephanie has been working with Enrollment Services since June 2019. A Virginia native, she moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2014 when her husband was stationed at Mayport with the United States Navy. She graduated from Old Dominion University in 2008 with a B.A in English, concentration Creative Writing, with a minor in Psychology. After working in office roles in both the private and public sector she returned to school at University of North Florida and received a B.F.A in Graphic Design and Digital Media, with a minor in Art History. Stephanie creates materials for UNF for both physical and digital publication, according to UNF’s brand standards and client expectations.
