CIRT is responsible for providing resources for faculty to assist them in facilitation of learning and research through consultation, training, media services, and equipment check-out.
UNF's Office of Faculty Enhancement (OFE): Resource Library
OFE maintains an open resource library in Building 10, Honor's Hall, Room 1104, housing literature supporting faculty development in the roles of teacher, learner, technology innovator, and successful scholar. We also maintain a library of example dossiers to help faculty prepare for promotion and tenure. The OFE Library Catalog is available for browsing online.
UNF's Division of Continuing Education
The Division of Continuing Education offers a wide range of courses aimed at providing the Jacksonville community with lifelong learning opportunities including professional development courses to test prep. Faculty and staff are eligible to receive a 50% discount on most UNF Continuing Education classes starting on or after June 1, 2015. The SkillSoft e-Learning program offers thousands of free non-credit professional development courses, books and reference materials available anytime through Internet connection for faculty, staff, and students of UNF. Use SkillSoft to learn business, presentation or computer skills; supplement academic instruction and provide online learning exercises and case studies; update knowledge, skills, and abilities in Microsoft Office; or prepare for a certificate program.
UNF's Administrative and Professional Association Webpage
The Administrative & Professional Association was established to foster collegial relationships among Association members to promote professionalism, creativity and leadership. The Association also serves as a forum wherein individuals may voice their ideas and concerns concerning UNF and employment.
UNF's University Support Personnel Association (USPA)
The University Support Personnel Association (USPA) is a formal vehicle through which the University support personnel may communicate and seek solutions to common problems, concerns, and goals by formulating recommendations to the President via the Vice President for Administration and Finance.
