Taming the Anxiety Dragon
This psychoeducational group will meet for 5-weeks and includes active participation in and practice of stress management strategies including meditation, breathing and other relaxation techniques. We will be offering two 5-week groups, one during the first part of the semester and another during the last half of the semester. Wear comfortable clothes.
