Come to the Counseling Center Mondays from 10 – 11 am for
discussion of mindfulness practice and meditation. The discussion portion
includes explanation of what mindfulness is and how you can benefit from it,
and answers to questions about mindfulness practice. The meditation portion
includes guided meditation and singing bowls. These sessions are open to all,
no appointment is needed. Please arrive about 5 minutes ahead of time.
Participants may enter through the main door of the Counseling Center in
Building 2, Room 2300, or the side door, Room 2012.
