Reporting an Incident
A referral to the Student Conduct Office may be initiated by a student, faculty, staff member, University Police, office personnel or interested party to UNF. All referrals should be made within a reasonable time following the discovery of the alleged violation and no later than 12 months after the discovery, except in extraordinary cases. A representative of the Student Conduct Office may request additional information concerning the incident or prior misconduct history from other appropriate persons or offices.
Please remember a referral to the Student Conduct Office is not a replacement for calling University Police or requesting emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, or immediate risk to life or property please dial 9-1-1 or UPD at (904) 620-2800.
