The Construction Management Department is proposing a Master of Science Degree in the major of Construction Management (M.S. in Construction Management). The M.S. in Construction Management degree will take 30 credit hours to complete. The purpose of the degree is to deepen the understanding of the students regarding construction management including the topics of cost estimating, scheduling, document control, and construction techniques. We will create several master-level classes to meet the degree course requirements. The CM department is currently searching for a new Assistant/Associate Professor and an Instructor. These positions will help support the addition of the Masters degree in CM.
