Peer Mentorship: Connect lower-division students in the Women in Business program with trained upper-division students in the Coggin College of Business. This connection will allow students to enter the Coggin College of Business with community and support as they navigate new experiences and challenges.

All Women in Business peer-mentors are required to:

  • Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative G.P.A.
  • Complete the application below and submit a 500-word personal statement regarding why you would like to become a peer mentor.
  • Attend a three-day summer leadership intensive.
  • Have experience with diverse cultural and personal backgrounds
  • Have a positive attitude and enthusiasm about UNF and the Coggin College of Business
External Mentorship:

Match small groups of students with a mid-career executive mentor. The mentor will host the groups of students on an occasional basis to discuss their path, obstacles, and how they have created success in their own careers. Students can also be matched with and learn from UNF young-alumnus business executives.
