Coggin College of Business Assistant Professor of Management Dr. Rachel Frieder was elected to serve a five-year term on the Board of Directors of the Southern Management Association. The organization represents management scholars.

IANA Competition hosted by Coggin
University of North Florida was the site of Intermodal Expo Academic Challenge April 1, drawing dozens of students from various schools to our campus. Coggin College of Business Dean Richard Buttimer welcomed the guests that included students from nine different universities.

The University of North Florida has recently developed a new Women in Business (WIB) initiative within its Coggin College of Business designed to encourage confidence, capability and connections for women and provide students with mentorship and career advancement opportunities within the local community.

The Girl Scouts of Gateway Council announced Dr. Lakshmi Goel of the University of North Florida as a 2022 Women in Distinction honoree.

UNF announces generous support from CSX for Diversity in Business Program and T&L scholarship
The University of North Florida and CSX Transportation, Inc. announced $700K in funding directed by CSX for the Diversity in Business (DIB) program within the Coggin College of Business and the recently named Mark K. Wallace CSX Transportation & Logistics Endowed Scholarship.

Four Coggin College of Business students won the Best Graduate Master Student Presentation at the 51st annual conference of the Southeast Decision Sciences Institute.
