Dr. Svetlana Bender is the head of Behavioral Science and Analytics at GuideWell. She is responsible for transforming academic research into actionable ideas aimed at improving individuals’ well-being and health related decisions.

Svetlana has over a decade of experience in the investment industry. Prior to her current role she was the head of behavioral finance at UBS within the Investment Planning Team. She also worked at Allianz Global Investors Center for Behavioral Finance. Before that she sold fixed income products at Troika Dialog and Bear Stearns. Svetlana also worked at Financial Dynamics as a financial consultant in London.

Svetlana has authored papers in academic journals and is a frequent presenter on behavioral science / economics. She holds a Ph.D. in Behavioral Science from University of Warwick, United Kingdom, a master’s degree in International Business and Economics from City University, London, and a B.A. in Economics from Boston University.

Dr. Sandeep Reddivari is the associate professor in School of Computing at University of North Florida. Dr. Reddivari received the B.Tech degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and MS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University, Kingsville. He received the PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Mississippi State University, under the supervision of Dr. Nan Niu. Dr. Reddivari’s research interests include, software enginering, requirements engineering, visual analytics, software maintenance, data mining, information retrieval, traceability, program comprehension, empirical software engineering and software engineering education.

Dr. Justin Zhang

 

Dr. Justin Zhang is the assistant professor in Information System Management at UNF. Dr. Zhang teaches courses of Information Systems and Business Analytics in the Department of Management at University of North Florida. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration on Management Science and Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University, University Park. His research interests include economics of information systems, knowledge management, electronic business, business process management, information security, and social networking. He is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Global Information Management, an ABET program evaluator, and an IEEE senior member.

Terry Haber has been in the has been in the supply chain and logistics industry for over 25 years. He has held a variety of executive management positions in field operations, business development, marketing & communications, and strategic planning. He began his career with Ryder Logistics in 1994 where he worked for six years in both Atlanta and Chicago, until joining CEVA Logistics in 2000 based in Jacksonville, FL. He has had the opportunity to work with over 300 client organizations in over 20 countries. In 2017, Terry joined St. Onge Company, an established engineering and supply chain management consulting firm, where he opened a new office for the company in Jacksonville and now leads the company’s third-party outsourcing and supply chain assessment business lines.

Terry currently serves on the University of North Florida advisory board for the School of Management. He was a founding member and former president of the Jacksonville Roundtable Chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and he has done some guest speaking for a variety of organizations, including APICS, the University of North Florida, and Boston University. He also has been involved in the Annual MBA Sales Competition, hosted by the business schools of the Ivy League, where he functioned as a competition judge and panelist.

Terry received his Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1992 and a Master of Business Administration at Georgia State University in 1994. He also attended executive leadership and development training at the International Institute for Management Development at the Lausanne, Switzerland in 2007 and Shanghai, China in 2009.

Kedar Kulkarni leads the Data Science and Data Engineering teams at GuideWell. Kedar joined GuideWell (Florida Blue) in 2016 where his small team of data scientists and data engineers developed multiple Machine Learning models to help solve multiple business problems. With over 13 years of experience in the Healthcare (payer and provider) industry, Kedar aims to democratize analytics through the creation of a collaborative analytics environment. A technologist at heart, Kedar holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Florida, a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Central Florida and a Masters in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology. His interests lie in the use of Machine Learning and Automation to build innovative and unconventional solutions that can solve complex business problems.
