Mixer Format
This is not a traditional tabling career fair; it’s a high-end recruitment networking event catering to all diverse students. Employers will mingle around their designated high-cocktail table and students can freely come and go as they please. Employer logos are displayed on all tables so students can easily identify attending employers. View previous mixer photos.

Event Details
- Ideal Students to Attend. Ethnic minorities, women, veterans, students with a disability, and other diverse candidates. Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors all welcome.
- No R.S.V.P. Needed. Simply show up in professional dress and network, meet employers, and expand your professional network!
- Dress Code. Business professional dress is preferred, business casual minimum for entrance. This is an employer networking event; dress to impress!
- What to Bring. UNF ID card and multiple copies of your updated resume.
- Positions Available. All companies were encouraged to post positions of recruitment in Handshake. Please visit the UNF Handshake website to learn about available company positions.

Students Guide for a Successful Mixer Experience
- Practice Your Elevator Pitch. Before arrival, rehearse your self-introduction and practice speaking confidently about your experiences on your resume.
- Mingle with Employers. Challenge yourself to meet new employers and remain open to companies you may not have heard of. Employers are here to meet you!
