Employers - Accounting Showcase
The Coggin Accounting Employer Showcase is a unique two-day recruitment event apart of the Pre-Coggin Career Week lineup. Held every September, day one features employer led professional development breakout sessions allowing recruiters a chance to meet accounting majors. Day two hosts employers for a traditional recruitment tabling showcase where recruiters source talent for both internship and full-time job candidates.

Employer Tabling Showcase (Friday)
Looking to fill your vacant accounting position? Find top talent here. Attended by 20+ employers and 100 undergraduate and graduate accounting students, employers are sure to find great students at this UNF accounting department sponsored tabling showcase.
Employer Led Break-Out Sessions (Thursday)
Employers looking to meet candidates before the showcase are encouraged to host an employer led professional development break-out session. In addition to teaching students about professional topics, companies also are encouraged to actively recruit for any available positions. Student attendance ranges from freshmen to graduate students, often with 20-30 students per session. Sessions availability is on a first come first serve basis.
Employer Event Overview: The Virtual Experience
Similar to when the Accounting Employer Showcase was hosted in-person on the UNF campus, employers have multiple opportunities to meet students in both group sessions and/or private 1:1 video chat sessions.
- 1:1 Student Sessions - Individual student/recruiter sessions featuring private 1:1 video chat; this is the primary way to individually meet students. Students can either pre-event register for available 1:1 sessions or click to sign-up for available/remaining 1:1 sessions as the event unfolds live.
- 1:1 sessions can last up to 10-minutes long (max) and can end at anytime
- Up to 15 company representatives can host 1:1 session simultaneously in separate break-out virtual rooms.
- Group Student Sessions - Group sessions are 30 minutes in length and can host up to 50 students. These sessions are great for community Q&A, mini info-sessions, and providing general content to multiple students at a time, all in the same virtual room.
