UNF: Executive Secretary in Development and Alumni Engagement

Work with Director of Alumni Engagement to plan, implement, and evaluate alumni programming and benefits. Act as office manager of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving. Responsible for budget maintenance, events/program coordination, volunteer recruitment and coordination, and database management.


UNF: Assistant Residence Life Coordinator

The Assistant Residence Life Coordinator (ARLC) position is a 10-month (fall and spring semester of academic year with the possibility to negotiate for the summer term), part-time (approximately 20 hours a week), live-in, graduate position within the Department of Housing Residence Life at the University of North Florida. The ARLC serves with their supervisor, the Residence Life Coordinator (RLC), to develop and coordinate a residential community of up to 1000 students. The ARLC serves as an educator for students in the community and is designated as the manager of their area under the responsibility of their RLC. The ARLC position is designed to offer a progression of experience and responsibilities throughout the potential two-year tenure of the role.

Some of the tasks will be routine, and others will grant involvement in the academic processes of student learning outcomes assessment, accreditation, and institutional survey research.

 Are you interested in being a Graduate Assistant? The Graduate School is now hiring a Graduate Assistant for our office. The duties of this position include but are not limited to; staff the front desk, answering student phone calls and e-mails and assist with walk-ins. The GA will work with student questions such as the application process, residency, campus visits, etc...This position is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who is interested in learning about the inner workings of the Graduate School and the University as a whole. You will get to learn unique processes and gain invaluable background knowledge and skills that will assist you with your career after graduation.
