Moriarty Irish Studies Endowed Scholarship
Selection criteria
Students eligible for such scholarships must:
meet admissions requirements, be accepted and enrolled in the University of North Florida,
be an undergraduate at the University of North Florida, with preference given to College of Arts and Sciences majors,
have earned a minimum UNF cumulative GPA of 3.0,
be participating in a UNF-approved for-credit study abroad program or experience in Ireland worth no fewer than 3 academic credit hours, and
complete the application process and be selected by a committee appointed by the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences.
Students awarded this scholarship must also agree to:
comply with all University regulations, rules, and codes of conduct governing students on campus,
consent to release grades to the Division of Institutional Advancement for the purpose of reporting to the Donor,
remain in good standing as a student, and
complete the study abroad program in Ireland prior to graduation.
