Astronomy Night

 "Recording the Great American Solar Eclipse"

Friday, September 1, 2017 at 8:30 pm.

The public is invited to learn about the wonders of the night sky and look through our department's telescopes on the roof of Building 50. Each night begins at 8:30pm with a 30 minute talk. See more details about Future Astronomy Nights

Physics Teacher Collaboration Workshop

Friday, May 26, 2017 from 10am-1pm.

The UNF Physics department invites science teachers from the greater Jacksonville area to a workshop aimed at creating opportunities for engaging students in physics exploration and research.
