Saturday Morning Physics
"Science of Hollywood Blockbusters"
The UNF Physics Department would like to invite students to a morning of exciting physics discussion and presentation, and a tour of our research facilities.
Science - Sometimes Hollywood gets it right… Sometimes they don't. During a "Saturday Morning Physics" event at the UNF Physics Department we will explore the Physics of Movies. Join us for a fun event with cool, Physics Demonstrations that ties to the Movies - Did they get it right or did they not?
The event is suitable for anyone in grades 4 through 12 and has an interest for how things work. There will also be a tour of the UNF physics research facilities. For more information contact Dr. Maitri Warusawithana or Trevor Cheatham via email or at (904) 620-2729.
