2019 Summer Music Camp Pricing
The 2019 rates for high school and middle school camps are:
Middle School Camp:
Day Camp: $300 (8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily includes lunch)
Early Day with Breakfast: $340 (7 a.m. - 8 a.m. early drop-off)
Late Day with Dinner: $350 (5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. pick up)
Early Late Day with Breakfast and Dinner: $385 (7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.)
High School Camp
Overnight: $495 for housing (double occupancy), meals and camp tuition
Day Camp: $300 (8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. lunch included)
Extended Day: $370 (8:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. includes lunch, dinner and evening concerts)
If staying in the dorms, a cash-only $20 key deposit is required at check-in. The $20 will be refunded upon returning your key at checkout.
Airport pick-up and return is $45 per person, available on the registration site. If you require this service, send your flight information to Dr. Michael Bovenzi via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org at least three days prior to the first day of camp.
A $75 deposit is required to reserve your spot in camp. You may pay the remainder of camp fees in installments or a lump sum. It's up to you!
Complete the online camp registration and select either the Deposit or Pay-in-Full option. You can make payments through this system any time before the deadline. You are not fully registered for the camp until your entire fee is received. Full payment is due before June 1, 2019 for middle school camp and June 10, 2019 for high school camp.
Cancellation Policy: $75 deposit will be withheld from any refunds due to cancellation.
All vehicles entering campus must display a parking pass. Parents must purchase a parking pass for the Friday concert and any evening concerts they wish to attend during the week.
We have chosen to price this camp to make it more affordable to families, compared to our competitors. Also, we offer a $100 All-State discount for campers who were selected to one of the 2019 Florida All-State ensembles (we have a list of those selected). In addition, we offer a few limited need-based scholarships. The application can be downloaded and must be submitted by June 1st to Dr. Bovenzi at email@example.com. All campers MUST register and pay the $75 deposit regardless of scholarships.
If you will be receiving a scholarship from an outside organization, please check with Dr. Bovenzi to make sure payment was received by the June deadline.
