Online Writing Consultations
As part of our writing center model, the Writing Center offers online consultations via Microsoft Teams, a web-based meeting software. We recommend that users download and install Teams before holding their meetings. Students can schedule a writing consultation by clicking on the below button and selecting the particular kind of writing they'd like to discuss. As a note, if you would prefer to meet via Zoom, when can set that up, as well.

Minimum Requirements
- A reliable internet connection
- Either the Microsoft Teams app [mobile version] or an audio-video capable browser
- Speaker and microphone
- Access to your Ospreys email
In your meetings, you can decide whether or not to use a webcam and video feed, but this is not a requirement. Once you schedule your consultation, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a link that reads "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting." Once you click this link, you'll join your writing consultant in Teams.
