Increase your company's visibility on campus and generate more interest in your employment opportunities by interviewing on campus. On campus interviewing offers an excellent way for employers looking to fill internship and full-time positions to connect with students. Conducting interviews on campus makes it convenient for busy college students, so it is an effective way to increase interest in your job/internship opportunities.

Connect with students in a less formal setting. These events are generally held during a 2-3 hour block during the business day (between 8:00am and 5:00pm) and scheduled in the reception area or interview room spaces. Usually structured in a "drop-in" format, students are encouraged to stop by between classes to learn more about your organization and hiring practices.
