Fall RSO registration is now closed. Spring Registration will open on January 9th.

Update Club Information 

Does your club have a new president , treasurer or advisor ? Update your club's information with the following steps:

  • The new president  and advisor  should read the RSO Handbook. 
  • Update your new treasurer, president or advisor  contact info.  You only need to update what is changing.  Update Leadership Info
  • Submit a new Signature Card with president, treasurer and advisor signature. Signature Card  
  • If you have a new advisor, he or she must complete CSA Traning listed on Canvas. CSA Instructions
  • (Optional) If your club would like to access SG funding, have your new officer take the Funding Quiz on Canvas.

Signature Card   

This form verifies that a club’s leadership has read the RSO handbook, and Titles VIII and XI of the Student Government Constitution. It is also used to check signatures on financial forms. It must be updated if leadership is updated.

 

Sample Constitution

This is a sample constitution that contains all the required information for a club’s constitution. Clubs are welcome to save this document and make it their own.

 

Sample Roster 

This is a sample roster that contains all the required information for a club’s roster. Clubs are welcome to save this document, and make it their own.

 

Liability Waivers  Waivers are to be filled out by students involved in Sports/Recreation clubs.

This link should guide you to the SG Constitution - a document that explains how Student Government is structured. It includes important information that RSOs need to understand – specifically in Titles VIII and XI

 

 

Suspensions Appeal 

This form can be used to appeal a club’s suspension.
