Club Alliance is an executive agency of Student Government responsible for overseeing the registered student organizations on campus. Use this page to help you understand who’s who, and how to get in contact with them.


Karlee Gordon - Director

CFB Chair


The Club Alliance Director oversees the Club Alliance staff, its general operations, and the Club Alliance budget. Not only does the Director report to the Senate on Club Alliance's operations, but the Director also serves as the chair of the Club Funding Board, which grants clubs funding for various projects and/or events.


Ana Hernandez - Assistant Director

The Club Alliance Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing Club Alliance's forms and maintaining Club Alliance Website and various media relations. The Assistant Director also serves as the vice chair of the Club Funding Board and assists the Club Alliance Director with their duties as necessary.


Communication Coordinator


 The Club Alliance Communications Coordinator oversees and implements the marketing side for Club Alliance. As the Communication Coordinator, this person maintains the Club Alliance website, social media accounts and serves as a primary contact for electronic     communication to clubs. The Communication Coordinator also serves as a photographer for Club Alliance and club events when appointed by the Club Alliance Director and Assistant Director. 




Office Coordinator 


The Club Alliance Office Coordinator handles all paperwork for Club Alliance, including signature cards, club constitutions, Grant Requests, and other various forms. While maintaining the Club Alliance work space, the Office Coordinator is also in charge of all agency property, audits, mail.



Graphic Designer  

The Club Alliance Graphic Designer creates original graphic designs for social media, events and meetings. Possesses an in depth knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft products.

Club Funding Board

The Club Funding Board (CFB) is a 5 member committee chaired by the Club Alliance Director that consists of the Club Alliance Assistant Director, Budget & Allocations Chairman, the student body treasurer and one student appointed by the SG president. This committee meets bi-weekly or more frequently as needed to review and appropriate club funding.

The Student Body Treasurer monitors all A&S fee accounts and serves as the Executive liaison to the Student Body on matters pertaining to the A&S Fee procedures.

The Budget & Allocations Committee is the gatekeeper to the Activity and Service Fee Budget. The Committee allocates funds to registered student organizations and allocates the  yearly A&S Fee Fiscal Budget.

Kellen Hill currently serves as advisor for Club Alliance in the SG office and assists with Club Funding. He is from the Jacksonville area but recently moved back after years living in Illinois, New York City and Texas. His background is in digital marketing and student affairs and is currently a graduate student at Brooks College of Health studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In addition to working with students, Kellen enjoys photography, ideating, sports and learning about new cultures. In his spare time, he likes to cook, eat tons of food and travel.

Lauren King is the SG Accounting Associate in charge of the Club Alliance, Club Funding, Legislative Branch, SG Business & Administration, and Special Request indexes. She also oversees Student Government’s Scholarship program and the department website. While not working, Lauren enjoys playing lacrosse and video games, reading fiction novels, and planning her future trip around the world.

Club Sports Coordinator

Ray Bunch

Ray Bunch first arrived to the University of North Florida in 1988. At that time, he was hired by the Campus Recreation department, where he started two very successful club programs for Men’s and Women’s soccer. In 1990, Ray moved to the Athletics Department where he was the head coach of the UNF Men’s Soccer team for over 20 years. During this time, he started the Men’s Intercollegiate NAIA soccer program and guided the men’s team to NCAA Division I status. He was honored with many individual and team awards including several Coach of the Year conference awards. In 2010, Ray returned to his home roots at the Campus Recreation Department and became the coordinator of Club Sports. Ray was able to bring his wealth of sporting and administrative knowledge from his coaching years to this newly reformed club sport programs
