CIRT has partnered with Bloomfire, a leader in knowledge base platforms, to provide several benefits when looking for blackboard documentation.
To get started, check out the How-To video to learn how to navigate the knowledge base. Then use the Knowledge Base, FAQs & Tool Glossary links at the left to begin searching the documentation.
While much of the support documentation is in the knowledge base, the CIRT Support website is still your home for information about Blackboard's New Features and Known Issues, as well as the Semester Tasks lists.
And perhaps most important for you - the Blackboard Student Support Module is available within the CIRT site. This module can be very helpful in redirecting some of the technical questions you may receive from your students - questions that can tie up a lot of time & effort that should be focused on the course material.
