Online Learning Support

CIRT's Online Learning Support Team (OLS) provides Canvas support to UNF faculty. The OLS Team includes professional staff and student assistants that are available to support faculty with their online learning needs. We are available by consultation, phone, and email. 

 

In addition to providing individual support, CIRT OLS also maintains a Resources Page with FAQs and reference materials. Our Knowledge Base contains articles on Canvas and our processes. As well, we offer scheduled and On Demand workshops and monitor a public Teams forum where instructors can share their Canvas experiences.

Faculty can call (904.620.3927) or email (cirtlab@unf.edu) CIRT anytime during our hours of operation. Though CIRT isupport is currently operating on a largely digital basis, we do offer one-on-one consultations available by appointment. We strongly encourage everyone to use virtual appointments. However, should you prefer an in-person consultation, please email us directly at cirtlab@unf.edu to make the request. All in-person appointments must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability of a space that supports social distancing.

Did you know that you and your students have access to 24/7 Canvas support? By clicking the Help button from the bottom of the  Global Navigation bar you can get immediate help with Canvas anytime. From the Help Menu you can receive immediate support via chat or, if it is not a pressing issue, you can log a support case.
