THE BLACK BELT PROJECT
Completion of a Black Belt project is a requirement of this certificate program. Your registration fee includes one year of instructor mentorship to identify and complete an approved project. This project will serve as credible evidence that you can apply Six Sigma in the real world.
Two six-month project extensions are available for purchase if you are unable to complete your project within twelve months.
Most of the course materials are included in the registration fee. You will need to bring a laptop computer, loaded with Excel, to each class, as well as a pen or pencil. You should purchase a statistics textbook as a resource for the course. The instructor recommends a used, older version of Triola’s Elementary Statistics, which can be found on Amazon.
