For over twenty-five years, Mr. Bozman held various senior leadership roles in all aspects of Human Resources for large publicly traded and private organizations. Mr. Bozman built his career establishing human resources strategy in the information technology, healthcare, and real estate sectors, with organizations including One Call Care Management, Computer Associates International, The St. Joe Company, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maryland, and with contractors supporting the Departments of Defense and Energy.


Throughout his career, Mr. Bozman developed expertise in the areas of organizational development, leadership and talent development, strategic human resource management, total rewards, statistical analyses and survey development. 


For over 10 years combined, Mr. Bozman served as the top Human Resources Executive for several organizations including The St. Joe Company, One Call Care Management, Computer Management Sciences and Utilipath, Inc. During his tenure in these roles, Mr. Bozman directed all senior staffing decisions, including the transition of several organization’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel. He led all executive alignment and development initiatives, led numerous acquisitions and divestitures, and directed the all succession planning both as a human resource executive and a consultant. Mr. Bozman is now the principal of Workplace Synergistics, Inc. – a management and organizational-development consulting firm, and is in a strategic partnership with the University of North Florida’s Division of Continuing Education.


Mr. Bozman is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Florida, and a M.S. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, MD. He served on the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees and as a Board Member, and held multiple board seats for various charitable and civic organizational boards. He is currently an active member of San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church.
