Savanna Barker – Academic Major: Public Health; Engagement Focus: Service Learning Study Abroad, Internship, and Service

Savanna Barker, a UNF Public Health graduate from Jacksonville, Florida, has participated in an array of community engagement experiences throughout her hometown of Jacksonville as well as abroad. Internationally, she completed a Public Health in Central Europe study abroad course and locally, she has invested over 300 hours in completing an internship with UF Health Jacksonville (which serves a diverse population amongst Jacksonville and surrounding cities).
Renee Hutchins

Renee Hutchins – Academic Major: Anthropology; Engagement Focus: Internship, Service, and Volunteerism

Renee Hutchins, a UNF College of Arts and Sciences graduate from Jacksonville, Florida, has shown great commitment to Jacksonville parks and preserves with the assistance of local organizations such as the UNF Environmental Center, Timucuan Parks Foundation, Jacksonville City Parks, Florida State Parks, and the National Park Service.

Laura Joseph – Academic Major: Nursing; Engagement Focus: Community-Based Learning and Volunteerism

Laura Joseph, a UNF School of Nursing graduate and missionary kid from Haiti, has shown great commitment and dedication while working with the Northeast Florida division of the American Red Cross in the Jacksonville community
Kaitlyn Rogers

Kaitlyn Rogers – Academic Major: Public Health; Engagement Focus: Volunteerism, Service, and Internship

Kaitlyn Rogers, a UNF Brooks College of Health graduate from Critz, Virginia, has shown a dedication to serving Jacksonville's community through her participation in a variety of volunteer settings. This list includes Cup of Love Ministry for Jacksonville's homeless, Life Rolls On nonprofit for the disabled, Brooks Rehabilitation Adaptive Aquatic Pediatric Recreation, an internship with Brooks Rehabilitation in their Neuro Recovery Center, and community involvement in Eta Sigma Gamma, UNF's professional health education honorary society.

Clare Stern – Academic Major: Public Health; Engagement Focus: AmeriCorps National Service, Community-Based Research, and Service

Clare Stern, a UNF College of Health graduate, has exhibited dedication and passion to service with diverse populations both at the local and national level. While a student at UNF, Clare has volunteered with Sulzbacher Center, American Cancer Society, UF Health, Girls on the Run of Northeast Florida, AmeriCorps State, Arc Jacksonville, and most recently Make-a-Wish Foundation of Central and Northeast Foundation.
