    Full body high intensity training (HIT) that uses a variety of equipment and timing intervals to challenge the muscular and cardiovascular systems.

    Come on out to Osprey Plaza for a DIY craft. All supplies are provided, all you need is your Osprey 1Card! This craft/giveaway is LIMITED and is on a first come, first serve basis so make sure to arrive early!

    Time: 7 p.m.

    Location: Indoor Cycle Studio, Student Wellness Center

    Spin provides the perfect environment to push your cardio limits. For 55 minutes, you'll pedal through hill climbs, sprints and other interval drills with great music and motivating instructors. Bring a towel and water, and get ready to sweat!

    Location: Large Fitness Studio, Student Wellness Complex

    Want to try a different style of yoga? Come to acro yoga, solo or with a friend, and you will learn how to do various partner yoga poses that stretch and strengthen your muscles! No experience is required! You will learn how to fly, base, spot and everything in between, all while getting your stretch on!
