Online Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics Professional Studies in Dietetics
The Professional Studies concentration is distance learning option for those students who wish to emphasize the application of advanced nutrition knowledge to clinical or community-based practice. The program is 35 credit hours and is completely online. Applicants must be registered dietitians. Applications for the professional studies concentration are accepted for Fall and Spring starts. The concentration allows students to pursue an independent research project as a culminating experience in their master's program or 6 pre-approved credits through a series of project, field experience, and independent study courses, respectively. - Applicants must be a registered dietitian
- All applicants: a GPA of a 3.0 or higher in all work attempted in the last 60 credit hours of undergraduate study

Applicants meeting all criteria are typically notified of acceptance upon review*, space permitting. Application not meeting all criteria may be admitted to the trial program, on a competitive basis and space permitting.
