Accelerated & Regular Prelicensure B.S.N. Information Sessions

The School of Nursing (SON) at the UNF Brooks College of Health invites you to attend an information session developed to answer your questions regarding the Accelerated and Regular Prelicensure B.S.N. tracks offered. Please note that this information session is not meant to address questions regarding any other nursing tracks offered by the SON.

"So You Wanna Be a Nurse?"

The School of Nursing's Assistant Director for Admissions will review the Regular and Accelerated Prelicensure B.S.N. application and admission processes as well as discuss the competitiveness of applying to a limited-access nursing program. School of Nursing undergraduate faculty members will briefly review the nursing curriculum and answer questions regarding expectations of the nursing program and of the nursing profession. Actively enrolled students who are members of the Student Nurses' Association (SNA) will also be available to speak about program expectations and the benefits of connecting with the SNA as well as to provide tours of the SON lab facilities.

The information session is offered from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the following date(s) in the Brooks College of Health, Building 39, Room 1009:  Saturday, April 13, 2019

To register, please complete the form below and click the submit button. Registration will continue until the sessions are full (up to 150 attendees each). Please note that if you register for a session that is full, we will maintain a waiting list for attendance &/or offer you a seat to another open date if one is available. Registrants will receive a registration confirmation notice via e-mail only. This notice is not automatically generated; rather, they are hand-entered each morning Monday through Friday. Do not submit your registration more than once; rather, if you submit it and it then redirects you to the SON page then it was successful and you will receive confirmation by mid-morning (typically) the next business day. Your patience is appreciated.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify Dr. Beth A. Dibble in the School of Nursing immediately at Nursing Admissions. We look forward to meeting you and to answering your questions!
