Biography

M. Ryan Richardson, MSH, ACSM-EP, EIM2, is an Instructor of Research in Sports Medicine, Functional Anatomy and Kinesiology, Physical Activity Epidemiology, and Clinical Exercise Physiology in the Brooks College of Health at the University of North Florida. His research focuses on physical activity, sedentary behavior, inflammation, and cardiometabolic risk. Mr. Richardson is a Certified Exercise Physiologist with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-EP).
