Andrea I. Hart, MPH, CHES

Passionate, determined, and driven are just some of the words used to describe Andrea I. Hart. Andrea endeavors to be a change agent and catalyst that brings healing, preservation, and restoration to each person she touches. Andrea has a background in Psychology and holds a Masters degree in Public Health. She is also Certified Health Education Specialist and has a ministerial degree in Pastoral Care. Andrea is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Education degree focusing on Educational Leadership and Health Care Management at the University of North Florida. 

Andrea is committed to inspiring others to live their best life now. Andrea has experience in corporate health having managed a Wellness Councils of America Platinum Well-Workplace. She is currently the owner and agency director of BrightStar Care of the Beaches & Ponte Vedra in Jacksonville, Florida. BrightStar is a medical staffing agency offering in-home care and home health services to adults and children.
 

Andrea is also the Founder and Executive Director of Virtuous Excellence Personal Development, a faith-based non-profit, whose mission is to provide holistic health education resources and training to empower disadvantaged women and adolescent girls. Andrea is especially passionate about inspiring and motivating these women and girls to achieve success in life despite their circumstances. Andrea fills her time by reaching out to others. Andrea is very active in her church and various community organizations such as the First Coast Worksite Wellness Council, Mayor’s Council on Fitness & Wellbeing, and Connect Florida, the young professional division of Leadership Florida. Andrea is an inspiring writer, speaker, and author. Her work can be found online and in print. She currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband, Royce.
