Biography

Dr. Bloom is a certified nurse-midwife and has been in clinical practice in women's health for over 30 years. She teaches research, evidence-based practice, assessment, and women's health to undergraduate and graduate nursing students. Dr. Bloom's research includes investigation of advanced practice nurses' knowledge of and adherence to best practice guidelines and evaluation of innovative educational practice and advanced practice models.
