Biography

During the 1980s, the term organizational culture became very popular. In the subsequent years, there have been team cultures, service cultures and sales cultures. My mentor, David G. Moore (deceased), thought there were great differences between how culture was treated during the Human Relations era and how it was being treated in modern times. Recently, I have explored these various workplace"cultures" via fieldwork. Earlier, I did fieldwork on workplace conflict and informal social control.
