Biography

JoAnn Nolin is an Associate Professor and Director of the Graduate Aging Services Management Program at the University of North Florida. Her clinical nursing experience includes adult critical care, emergency, and neonatal intensive care. She was a hospital Education Director and a state and federal health facility surveyor. She has extensive experience in the area of health facility and practitioner regulation and teaches in the areas of health law and long-term care administration. Her research interest range from community-based assessment of health, social service, and long term care needs of older adults to innovation in management and delivery of long term care and rehabilitative services.
