Introducing Slate, UNF’s New CRM


What is Slate?

Slate by Technolutions is a comprehensive platform for admissions and enrollment management, student success, and alumni/advancement.


As a system designed exclusively for higher education, Slate will be used to cultivate, track, and respond to prospect interest; deliver admissions decisions; enable students to complete enrollment requirements; and manage admissions events. Slate is replacing our current system, Ellucian Recruiter, which will be gradually phased out as additional functionality within Slate is implemented.

Scope: Graduate and Undergraduate admissions, including prospects, inquiries, applicants, and admits up to matriculation.

Implementation Management

The Slate implementation team includes members from Enrollment Services, the Graduate School, Information Technology Services, the Project Management Office, and Procurement. The team is actively working with campus stakeholders to understand and accommodate end users’ needs.

This webinar will provide an overview of the application review process. Slate's Reader manages all aspects of the reading process, including organizing applications in Reader Bins, defining documents that readers will review, creating and assigning review forms, automating and batch managing application movement within Reader Bins, assigning readers, and rendering a decision.

March 31, 2021- Training sessions and materials on how to log in to the system and perform common tasks will be available beginning in May for campus users, including faculty who review graduate applications. We will also cover this information through videos on our YouTube channel and myWings.
