    Welcome to the One-Stop Student Services. Staffed by cross-trained professionals, One-Stop Student Services provides a single point of communication for issues ranging from admissions, academic records, registration, and financial aid. Learn more about One-Stop!  


    **One-Stop Student Services will be open from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday, August 24th through Thursday, August 27th for fall 2015 add/drop. 


    Important Dates/Deadlines: 

    • Aug 19:        Transient Student Registration for fall 2015
    • Aug 21:        Senior Citizen/State Waiver Registration for fall 2015
    • Aug 21:        Residency Reclassification Deadline for fall 2015
    • Aug 24:        Fall 2015 classes begin
    • Aug 24:        Fall 2015 Add/Drop begins ($100 late registration fee)
    • Aug 26:        Deadline to submit State Waiver Forms for fall 2015
    • Aug 28:        Fall 2015 Add/Drop ends (11:59 pm)
    • Aug 31:        Fall 2015 Payment Deadline (5 pm)
    • Aug 31:        Deadline for UNF Tuition Waivers

    • Sept 4:         Summer 2015 diplomas mailed
    • Sept 7:         Labor Day (University Closed)
    • Sept 18:       Deadline to Reinstate for fall 2015
    • Sept 18:       Deadline for a Complete Withdrawal for fall 2015 (25% refund)

    Attention Fall 2015 Graduates 

    • The deadline to apply for Fall 2015 graduation is Tuesday, November 10. See your academic advisor if you need to apply to graduate after the deadline.
    • Fall 2015 Commencement is Friday, December 11 in the UNF Arena.

    The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects your right to confidentiality and limits the release of information pertaining to your records and award(s). Information released via telephone or email will be limited to general information. For more detailed information, you may visit the One-Stop office in Hicks Hall. Picture I.D. is required to access your records.
