Mid-Year and Summer Request Forms
Title IV school code: 009841
All students who did not attend UNF at least half-time as a degree seeking student in the fall semester should complete a Mid-Year Financial Aid Request form and a FAFSA by the November 1 priority date to be reviewed for spring term financial aid. Use the Title IV school code 009841 to ensure UNF receives your FAFSA. The Mid-Year Request form will be available in your myWings account each year around October 15. Check the One-Stop Student Services website for exact availability dates. Learn more about spring term financial aid.
At UNF, the summer term is the end of our academic year. Therefore, summer financial aid uses the FAFSA from that current aid year. So, if you wish to be evaluated for summer 2018 financial aid, you must have a valid 2017-2018 FAFSA on file. Make sure you have filed the appropriate year FAFSA and that UNF is on your list of schools to receive the results, using the Title IV school code 009841.
All new transfer, graduate and continuing UNF students seeking summer financial aid must complete a Summer Financial Aid Request form. New first-time-in-college freshmen admitted to UNF for the summer term do not have to submit a Summer Financial Aid Request Form, however, they still must have a valid FAFSA for the correct aid year on file. The Summer Request form will be available in your myWings account each year around March 15. Check the One-Stop Student Services website for exact availability dates.
