The UNF "Osprey Connector" is the university's shuttle system that provides convenient transportation around campus and to the St. Johns Town Center when UNF classes are in session. This service is available to all students, faculty & staff, and campus visitors. Take advantage of this opportunity, it is fast, safe, clean and free!
All Osprey Connector shuttles are ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. If you need further assistance due to a mobility need, please contact Parking & Transportation Services at (904) 620-5718 to schedule a pick up. Click on tracked in real time. This service, also known as TransLoc Rider, assists shuttle riders in timing the arrival of buses at particular pickup locations.
TransLoc Rider has created an iOS app for your smart phone that provides quicker results and alert options. Please click here, then follow the prompts to enter your phone number and the app link will be sent to your phone.

No Service on Saturday and Sunday
The Campus Route starts at the Kernan Boulevard and First Coast Technology Parkway stop, continues onto the stop at The Flats at UNF and stops at three locations in the campus core, then two stops at Lot 18 and back to the campus core for four stops before returning to the Kernan Boulevard location. Shuttle schedule listed above. Arrival time is about every five minutes during regular hours and approximately every fifteen minutes during the late night hours.

If the shuttle is not running and you choose to walk during late hours, you may request a Safety Escort by calling the University Police Department at (904) 620-2800.

The Osprey Transit is a dedicated shuttle to assist students, faculty and staff with mobility needs and temporary mobility needs that extend beyond the assigned standard shuttle stops on campus. While all the Osprey Connector shuttles are full accessible, the customer now has the additional option of requesting a pick up and drop off location on campus.
This exclusive shuttle is equipped with four wheelchair seats and 8 - 10 seats for other mobility needs.
Hours of operation include 7:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday - Thursday; 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday.
No service on Saturday or Sunday.
To schedule a pick up time, please call (904) 620-5718 no later than 7 p.m. the prior day of intended pick up time. Please refrain from leaving weekend phone requests for a Monday morning pick up time prior to 8:30 a.m. For more assistance, please call Parking & Transportation Services at (904) 620-2815.
The St. Johns Town Center Route starts on campus at the Thomas G. Carpenter Library shuttle stop and stops once at the Town Center before returning to the library stop. The drop-off and pick-up point at the Town Center is the same bus shelter used by JTA (Jacksonville Transportation Authority), located on Town Crossing Drive behind the Men's Warehouse store.
The shuttle will run seven days a week with the below listed times, with the exception of holidays. Holiday shuttle service hours will be listed within the Osprey Update.

Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (last pick-up at UNF is around 3:20 p.m.; last pick up at the Town Center is around 3:45 p.m.)
Friday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (last pick-up at UNF is around 2:25 p.m.; last pick up at the Town Center is around 2:45 p.m.)
Arrival is about every twenty minutes.
