June's chosen book is A Man Called Ove by Fredrick Backman. A feel-good story in the spirit of The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry and Major Pettigrew’s Last Stand, Fredrik Backman’s novel about the angry old man next door is a thoughtful exploration of the profound impact one life has on countless others. You can find this highly recommended read at the Jacksonville Public Library as well as online in hard copy, electronic and audio formats. The film version of this story is also available on Amazon and Netflix (in Swedish with subtitles).
