Welcome to UNF's Student Financial Services Office

Tuition and Fee Payment Deadline for Fall 2017 is 5 p.m. on
Monday, August 28, 2017

If charges remain on your account after the payment deadline, after the disbursement of financial aid, or if subsequent changes are made to your account, it is your responsibility to make sure they are paid. Outstanding balances will be assessed a $100 late payment fee.

Please note that the University has moved to a new payment gateway--CashNet!!

A few things you need to know about the new system:

  • You will still access View & Pay My Bill via myWings
  • You will still review your account statement in View Bill by Term via myWings
  • You will need to create a new eRefund account .  For security reasons, banking information stored in the old system cannot by transferred to the CashNet system.

To create a new eRefund account:

  • Log into myWings
  • Select View & Pay My Bill
  • Click to enroll in eRefund
  • Select Yes I want to enroll, click Continue
  • Provide banking information; all fields must be completed
  • Click I agree to terms and then submit

To create a new guest or parent account(s) within CashNet:

(For compliance reasons, access to our student records cannot be transferred automatically to the CashNet system)

  • Select the Add New button in the Parent PINs section
  • Enter a PIN (number)
  • Provide a user name and parent/guest email address
  • Enter relationship to you, the student
  • Select the OK button; an email welcome containing the PIN and user's temporary password will be sent to the email address provided

Access the CashNet User Guide for more instruction on the new payment gateway.

Financial Aid will begin disbursing aid to students' accounts for Fall 2017 semester on Tuesday, September 5, 2017. Student Financial Services will begin processing refunds on Thursday, September 7, 2017. Most students who have enrolled in direct deposit will see their refund deposited into their bank account the following day. Check your UNF account to see whether your aid was disbursed before contacting us about your refund. Financial Aid and Student Financial Services will continue disbursing aid and processing refunds for the Fall 2017 semester twice weekly thereafter. Check your account to determine if your aid and refund have been posted to your account..

Student Financial Services Office communicates with students via your UNF email account. Please check your UNF email at least weekly and do not forward to another email account (it may be viewed as spam and you may not receive it).
