    Cyber Security Symposium - May 19

    UNF's Cyber Security Symposium will be held on Thursday, May 19 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Adam W. Herbert University Center, Board of Trustees Room. The Symposium will feature a keynote address by Internet Hall of Fame Inductee Dr. Stephen Kent, a panel of UNF community security experts, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Continuing Education Units (CEU) are available. Learn more and register for the event.   

     

    SharePoint (Talon) Upgraded

    SharePoint (Talon) was upgraded in late December to SharePoint 2013. Faculty now enjoy a new interface featuring improvements to menus and navigation. Learn more about the new interface here. The details of an upcoming SharePoint training class will be announced in Osprey Update.

    Students, faculty and staff see a new interface when submitting an Information Technology Services request within myWings or at http://help.unf.edu. The new tool, TeamDynamix, gives users status-tracking ability for easier monitoring of progress and resolution of requests. Visit the website to learn how to submit an online ITS request using the new interface. In addition to online submissions, the ITS Help Desk may be contacted by phone, e-mail or in-person visit to request assistance.
