Only active students, faculty and staff are permitted
to request a space.
The Office of Records and Registration reserves space in general purpose classrooms and a select group of computer labs. We do not handle reservations for conference rooms, Robinson Theater, Fine Arts Center (Building 45), Student Union, UNF Arena, University Center, or Buildings 14, 42 or 57.
Please allow at least two business days for processing. Additional processing time may be required during peak processing times such as registration, add/drop, beginning/end of term.

If your request is for multiple dates, weekly use, or monthly use,
specify the dates or weekday that the room will be used.
Note: Monthly or weekly reservations are only made for the current semester.
Will there be food and/or drinks at this event?
Note: Alcohol is prohibited in all classrooms.

Classrooms must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. If any furniture is moved or trash is generated, please clean up and arrange the room before you leave. If you plan to have
food, or are working on a project or having an event that may generate extra trash
and think you may need additional trash cans, you must submit a work order to PFwork@unf.edu and include: date/time of this event, building
& room number, and a service request reason of “extra trash cans with bags.”
